2. Project Engagement and Proposals
Information on this website serves as general guidance. Formal commercial engagements begin upon the mutual execution of a written Service Agreement and Project Scope specifying milestones, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
3. Intellectual Property
All brand assets, website graphics, frameworks, and text on decayazilim.com are proprietary to Deca Software. Full ownership and source code rights for bespoke client projects transfer to the client upon complete settlement of invoices.
4. Quality and Warranty (SLA)
Every delivered project includes a 12-Month Defect-Fix Warranty covering technical code errors, along with Core Web Vitals optimization and administrative training at handover.
5. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Turkish Law, and Samsun Courts and Enforcement Offices have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
The terms in this document may be updated in response to legal changes or company policies. Changes take effect on their publication date.
