A Deca Software project bringing the digital platform, brand presentation and operational services delivered for Çakır Motor Erbaa into one consistent experience.
The business goal behind the work
The project was planned around the way Çakır Motor Erbaa presents its services, builds confidence and guides visitors towards a meaningful next step. The experience was considered within the expectations of the Automotive market rather than being treated as a generic website template.
For automotive services, current information, local trust and fast customer contact became the key content and channel priorities.
Scope and delivery approach
The scope brought together Corporate Design Solutions, Social Media Design & Management, Digital Material Design. Information architecture, brand consistency, mobile usability and clear contact paths were reviewed as parts of the same customer journey.
- Corporate Design Solutions: a solution supporting digital trust, accessibility and operational continuity.
- Social Media Design & Management: a consistent communication plan designed for regular publishing and interaction.
- Digital Material Design: a solution supporting digital trust, accessibility and operational continuity.
From first impression to contact
The visitor journey was shaped around three questions: what the business offers, why it can be trusted and what the visitor should do next. Page order, supporting visuals and calls to action were refined together so that the experience remains clear without relying on specialist terminology.
Visibility, trust and continuity
Search-friendly page structure, readable content hierarchy, performance and maintainable publishing practices were built into the delivery. The result is intended to remain useful after launch, with clear ownership of content and room for future improvements.
A foundation that can evolve
The work was delivered as a manageable business asset rather than a one-off presentation. Content areas can be updated, new needs can be added without disrupting the core journey, and future improvements can be prioritised using real visitor and enquiry signals.
