Data Protection Notice
This notice explains how Deca Software processes the personal data you provide through enquiry and quote forms.
1. Controller and scope
This notice concerns contact and quote forms on our corporate website under Article 10 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). Controller contact: Deca Yazılım, Yenimahalle, 3178. Sk. No:9, 55220 Atakum/Samsun, Türkiye; info@decayazilim.com, 0545 270 13 46.
Processing on behalf of a client, or on a different website, is governed by the notices and arrangements for that particular activity. This notice is not marketing permission or blanket consent for all processing.
2. Data and collection method
Forms electronically collect the name and email you supply, any optional telephone and company details, your selected service and city, current project stage and message. The submission date, IP address, browser information, security tokens and referring page or campaign information may also be recorded.
Identity documents and special-category personal data are not requested through these forms. Do not send sensitive information unnecessary for assessing your enquiry.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Enquiry assessment, proposals and pre-contract communications: Article 5/2(c), where directly related to establishing or performing a contract.
- Preventing spam and misuse, securing records and following up enquiries: Article 5/2(f), where necessary for a legitimate interest without prejudicing fundamental rights and freedoms.
- Applicable legal obligations and protecting rights: Articles 5/2(ç) and 5/2(e), according to the processing activity.
Where a separate activity requires explicit consent, its purpose and your choice must be addressed separately. Sending an enquiry is not combined with permission to send marketing.
4. Recipients and transfers
Information necessary to store enquiries and deliver notifications may be shared with hosting, email and technical support providers, or with competent public and judicial authorities where legally required. Personal data is not sold for advertising.
Hostinger hosting, notification email infrastructure and Google services may use infrastructure outside Türkiye. Cross-border processing is subject to Article 9 of the Law. Cookies, Google Analytics and maps are described separately in the Privacy Policy.
5. Retention
Retention takes account of completing the enquiry, any resulting service relationship, applicable legal obligations and protecting legal rights. Deletion, destruction or anonymisation is assessed when the reason for processing ends.
6. Your rights under KVKK
Article 11 provides rights to:
- Learn whether your data is processed and request information about processing.
- Learn the purpose and whether data is used for that purpose.
- Learn recipients in Türkiye or abroad.
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
- Request deletion or destruction under the conditions in Article 7.
- Request notification of correction, deletion or destruction to recipients.
- Object to an adverse outcome arising solely from automated analysis.
- Request compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Requests are addressed as soon as practicable and no later than thirty days, according to their nature. They are generally free; a tariff permitted by applicable rules may apply where handling requires additional cost.
